Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation and a simultaneous mastopexy in 2008 with Mentor, moderate profile 390cc saline breast implants placed below the muscle on each side. The photos shown are six days after removal of her breast implants and removal of her capsules as well as a bilateral vertical scar mastopexy. The photos show gauze covering her drain sites as her drains had just been removed on that day.
