Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation surgery with placement of Mentor brand 350cc smooth , round Moderate Plus silicone implants placed below the muscle in 2010. I removed her implants, performing a complete en bloc capsulectomy on each side along with a bilateral mastopexy.
