Description:

This patient originally underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2006 with Mentor brand smooth, round, 310cc saline implants placed below the muscle. I removed her implants, performing a complete capsulectomy on each side. No mastopexy (breast lift) was necessary. These photos were taken three weeks postoperatively. She has a minor degree of natural breast asymmetry, but is significantly improved after her breast implants were removed.
