Description:

This patient originally underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2016 with Mentor brand smooth, round, 300cc high profile silicone implants placed below the muscle. I removed her implants, performing a complete capsulectomy on each side. This patient chose removal with no breast lift. Notice the breast asymmetry with implants in place was corrected with removal of the implants with no need for mastopexy to correct this asymmetry.
