Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation surgery with placement of Mentor moderate plus profile 325cc smooth, round silicone implants placed below the muscle in 2012. I removed her implants through the already existing surgical scar at the bottom of her breasts and performed a capsulectomy on each side. This patient chose removal with no breast lift.
