Description:

This patient originally underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2016 with Allergan smooth, round, 421cc silicone implants placed below the muscle. I removed her implants, performing a complete capsulectomy on each side. This patient chose removal with no breast lift. These photos were taken 6 weeks post-op.
