Description:

This patient originally underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2010 with Allergan smooth, round, 325cc saline implants placed below the muscle. I removed her implants, performing a complete capsulectomy on each side. I also performed a simultaneous periareolar (doughnut) mastopexy. These photos were taken 5 weeks post-op.
