Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2015 with 275cc smooth , round silicone implants placed above the muscle. I removed her implants and performed a full en bloc capsulectomy. She had significant breast asymmetry, as can be seen in her pre-explant photos, therefore, I performed a bilateral mastopexy as well, to include a slight reduction of her right breast in order to create much closer breast symmetry. This post-explant photo was taken at seven weeks post-op.
