Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation with smooth, round 600cc saline breast implants and a simultaneous mastopexy in 2009. Both implants were in the partially subpectoral position. These photos were taken after removal of her implants and a complete capsulectomy. No mastopexy was performed.
