Description:

This patient originally underwent breast augmentation with smooth, round 375cc Mentor saline implants in 2004. Both implants were in the partially subpectoral position. I removed her implants and performed a complete capsulectomy on each side as well as performing a bilateral breast lift. The post-op photos were taken 6 weeks after implant removal.
