Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation and simultaneous breast lift surgery in 1997 with 375cc smooth , round moderate profile plus saline implants placed below the muscle. I removed her implants and performed a complete capsulectomy. A repeat mastopexy was also performed. This post-explant photo was taken at four weeks post-op.
