Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation in 2000. On the right side, she had a saline moderate profile saline implant filled with 375cc and on the left was a saline moderate profile saline implant filled with 380cc. Both implants were in the subglandular position and she had a bilateral capsular contracture. I performed a complete en bloc removal of her capsule and implant on each side. The photos here show the capsules after they were removed from the implants.
