Description:

This patient underwent breast augmentation surgery with placement of Mentor brand 400cc smooth, round ultra high profile silicone implants placed below the muscle in 2014. I removed her implants, performing a total capsulectomy on each side. No mastopexy (breast lift) was necessary.
